All subscriptions are billed on the same date of each month, based on the date of your initial purchase. Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled prior to your next billing date. Users are restricted from subscribing to more than one day of service. All plans must be purchased for a minimum of one month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. However, you can continue to use your subscription until the current plan expires.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Content generated through our service should comply with copyright laws and must not include harmful, offensive, or inappropriate prompts. Sharing or reselling the thumbnails created on MyAIThumbnail without explicit permission is prohibited.

All AI-generated thumbnails are the intellectual property of MyAIThumbnail. Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use the content for personal or business purposes.

MyAIThumbnail is not responsible for misuse of AI-generated content. MyAIThumbnail is not responsible for downtime or interruptions in service caused by technical issues beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
